Daniella Levitt is a Senior Vice President in Aon Consulting's Human Capital practice, with a focus on Organization Performance and Implementation. With over 15 years of consulting behind her she has extensive experience with large, complex transformation projects and is known for her ability to balance strategy and vision with the need to operationalize and execute. Prior to joining Aon, Daniella was with Deloitte Consulting where she was the co-lead for the national Healthcare Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice. She has led organizations through large scale, complex transformations on a national and global level for customer service, sales, marketing and back office operational aspects of their businesses – spanning both process and technology (ERP and CRM) aspects of those programs. She has also designed and managed all aspects of developing and executing change management strategies and plans for major transformations including: communications, stakeholder engagement, training, organization redesign, process redesign and business case development. Prior to Deloitte, Daniella was with Andersen Consulting.
Current and past clients include: United Airlines, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, BCBSMA, BCBSA, BCBSNC, Wellpoint, Covance, Johnson&Johnson and Gateway.
Daniella is also very involved in community efforts, one of which is being a Board member of Access Community Health Network (largest FQHC in the US, expected revenue in FY08 to exceed $100M) where she is chair of the Quality Committee and member of the Development Committee. She is also on the Ambassadors Board for the League of Black Women's Leadership Research Institute (LRI).
