Bernie Donnelly is Vice President of Quality Assurance and Quality Control at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Mr. Donnelly is responsible for the production quality of new products and the overall operating environment for Financial Automation (FA), the data processing division of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX). As Vice President, Mr. Donnelly’s responsibilities include directing the management of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Problem Management Departments supporting six (6) major businesses, Equity Trading, Equity Options Trading, Foreign Currency Trading, the Stock Clearing Corporation of Philadelphia (SCCP), Philadelphia Board of Trade (PBOT) and Advance Tech Source (ATS), as well as interacting with The Securities and Exchange Commission Automation Division to ensure compliance. Mr. Donnelly has 30+ years with the Exchange.
