Rick Hays, Vice President, Client Services, Career Concepts, Inc. Rick Hays is an experienced career counselor, consultant and executive coach with extensive experience and a passion for providing individual and group counseling services. Rick also brings solid facilitation, project management and training and leadership development abilities. In 2004 he joined Career Concepts, Inc., as Vice President, Client Relations for the Wilmington, Delaware practice office. In addition to providing counseling and coaching services to executive clients, Rick facilitates the Marketing Network Group and the monthly networking meetings for senior executives. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President with Manchester in their Park Avenue and World Trade Center offices in New York and at their Wilmington practice office providing counseling, consulting and coaching services to senior executives. Rick is well known for his writing contributions to the Manchester Career Transition Manual, his creation of the Job Search Project Team concept, his leadership on the Manchester Quality Management Committee and his design and delivery of new career strategy seminars. During his career Rick had served as a senior consultant with two other leading consulting firms, Drake Beam Morin and Lee Hecht Harrison. In addition to managing a large caseload of clients, he managed a practice office in midtown Manhattan and also operated several career centers around New York City including projects on Wall Street and at the World Trade Center.
