Sharon McCollick is a native of Philadelphia and a life-time resident of the greater Philadelphia area. She spent her youth excelling in sports, fashion, the arts and education and decided to build her career in business.  

 
Ms. McCollick is a 20 year veteran of business development and has dedicated her career to helping companies transition from one level of measurable growth to another. Although her career began in Philadelphia, Ms. McCollick has gained experience by working and traveling extensively throughout the United States and Europe. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science which she obtained from Lock Haven University, a local Pennsylvania State University. Sharon resides in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia where she lives with her sixteen year old daughter Julianna.  

 
She is currently the principal strategist of Strong Point Strategy. Strong Point is her own emerging professional services and strategic management consulting company that provides client organizations with consultative, executive coaching and participatory hands-on-learning services designed and directed to accelerate corporate growth and improve the productivity and personal performance of key contributors.  

 
Sharon has both an incredibly wide and deep exposure to business acumen at all levels of an organization from C-Level to entry level professional. She has worked at a Senior Executive Management level her entire career and has assumed the roles of Chief Executive Officer, International Director of Sales and Marketing, Global Sales Manager and Trainer, Chief Strategic Planner and Director of Business Development to name a few.
