Joe Burns has over 18 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, and software development. Joe was the founder of Solstice Software, an international software testing product based company. The product he developed lists on the Gartner magic quadrant. Joe leads CAI's Quality Assurance Practice and is credited with building the methodology's and processes that are part of CAI's offerings.
