Biography of Ann McNally, Treasurer
Ann McNally has been helping organizations first as a volunteer and now as a professional consultant. She is currently President of TMG Partners, LLC, a firm that provides scientific market research and strategic and financial planning to non-profit and for-profit companies.Prior to launching TMG Partners, Ann was the Managing Principal of ACM Advisors, LLC, which provided strategic planning, board governance and financial management strategy for leaders of non-profit organizations who want to develop and implement their business and financial strategy in order to enhance the effectiveness of their people, operations and financial resources.
Before striking out on her own, Ann spent 20 years at a number of Fortune 50 companies in various industries, including Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, IT, Engineering Services and Manufacturing. Upon graduation from Drexel University with a BS in Commerce and Engineering, she began her career as a software engineer. After earning an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Ann spent her corporate career in financial operations and planning and analysis in progressive degrees of responsibility – from analyst to CFO.
Ann has a deep passion for helping people in her community. This has led her to contribute her time and talent to several organizations in the non-profit community where she has held board leadership positions at the Women’s Resource Center and the YWCA of Delaware, as well as membership in a number of other boards and finance committees.
In addition to her role as Board member and Treasurer of GPSEG, Ann’s service to professional associations include former Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Consultant’s Network.
Ann is an Adjunct Professor at St. Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business where she teaches Strategic Planning. For 10 years she was a volunteer consultant to the portfolio companies at the Laurence A. Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship at Drexel University.
