Driving Value in PE Sponsored Companies
Partner, Argosy Private Equity
Some say buying companies is the easy part. Growing them and creating long-term value is typically much harder, especially over nearly 20 years and scores of investments. Join us on December 13 to hear long-time Argosy Private Equity Partner Michael Bailey share lessons learned about creating sustainable value in lower middle market companies and how management teams and their Boards can work together more effectively.
An Argosy PE partner since 1999, Michael assesses investment opportunities, provides ongoing strategic management support and often sits on the Board of Argosy portfolio companies. Join us on December 13 to learn about Argosy’s Value Acceleration Model (VAM) and hear Michael’s perspective on the role the Boards play in helping realize results.
