Matt Coyne is founder and President of Brandywine Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to starting the firm in 2001, he held financial management positions at GE Medical Systems, GE Appliances, Fisher Scientific and Precision Castparts. Matt is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Financial Management Program at General Electric.
Matt is a frequent speaker on merger and acquisition topics and has facilitated over 100 privately-held business transactions.
