Reimagining the Future – Connecting the Dots in a Looking Glass World…
At our April Technology Executives meeting this year, Frank Diana discussed an emerging looking glass world, where everything we think we know about business is challenged and our long-held success strategies are rendered ineffective. Operating in this new world presents unprecedented competitive challenges and provokes significant changes in the way we operate, communicate, and create value.
As a follow-on to that session, Frank will explain how leaders can prepare themselves and their organizations for a rapidly changing future that can’t be predicted. He will explore transformation through a re-imaginative lens, the importance of Digital DNA – the lifeblood of the modern organization, ecosystem thinking and the key enablers.
The session will conclude with a discussion on integrating these key elements as the foundation for developing, evolving and executing a future strategy.
