GPSEG’s Human Capital Management in Partnership with PSPS Presents:
Leading the Life You Want: Skills for Integrating Work and Life
with Wharton’s Dr. Stewart Friedman
On January 27, 2016, please join us for this special event with Wharton’s Dr. Stewart Friedman. You will have a unique opportunity to explore the concepts he has presented in two recent books, including Leading the Life You Want (published in 2014 by Harvard Business Publisher), and the 2008 bestseller, Total Leadership.
Participants can expect to learn:
· The “four-way wins” concept of integrating the work, home, community and private-self domains of life effectively – a crucial step beyond the “work/life balance” ideas we’ve been taught.
· The stories and real-life examples of the way that effective leaders such as Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg, First Lady Michelle Obama, and renowned artist Bruce Springsteen who have all used these critical skills required to integrate work and life.
