Al Cini is an Organizational Development Specialist who combines psychology and technology to deliver lightweight, cost-efficient, and effective programs that build coherent, mission-focused teams by making their members more openly communicative, willingly collaborative, and fearlessly innovative. 

As Strategy Execution Practice Leader at Lodestar Advisory Partners, Al works with clients to shape a future-facing culture, develop effective leaders, and diagnose and treat organizational paralysis. As Facilitator at Onward Education and Training, Al develops and delivers programs that help shift individual and group behavior from merely doing things to actually getting things done.

Al studied general and social psychology at LaSalle and Vanderbilt Universities, and is certified in the administration and interpretation of several psychological instruments (e.g., MBTI, Extended DiSC, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument).
