PHILADELPHIA — The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG) announced today the appointment of Dorothy Stubblebine as chairperson of the organization’s Membership Committee.
“Dorothy’s background in human resources provides a very strong professional perspective and approach to the committee’s overall policies and procedures,” GPSEG Chairman Roy Hibberd said. “Her focus moving forward will be to continue the transition from procedures connected with our former Web site to the newly expanded functionality with our new site. She will also look to enhance the exit interview process and continue to recruit additional members to the Membership Committee.”
A resident of West Deptford N.J., Stubblebine has been a managing principal in DJS Associates, Inc. since 2000, working with senior management in a wide range of human resource activities. She works for DJS as an executive coach and also for Right Management Associates (Manpower). Stubblebine has worked in the banking, manufacturing and utility industries, and her most recent corporate experience was as vice president of human resources for the generic division of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in Cherry Hill, N.J.
Stubblebine first joined the Membership Committee in 2009 and was appointed co-chair later that year. She became the sole chair this month.
